Simply wear an aligner as prescribed, removing it when you want to clean your teeth, eat a meal, or for a special occasion. Every two weeks or so, you'll discard your aligner and wear the next in your series. You'll also need to come in for checkups every six weeks, but adjustment appointments aren't necessary.
